After 4-year working in the most prestigious classical / crossover music recording studio – Muzik’s ArchiMusic in Taiwan, honed and trained by two Detmold Tonmeisters: Micky (Min-Chi) Yang and Jui-Shun Jao. Sun completed his master’s degree in Music Technology, New York University in 2012, concentrating on the most challenging and competitive Stephen F. Temmer Tonmeister Honored Track, (Music Production and Engineering Concentration) and graduated in 2014, under instruction of Professor Paul Geluso. Then he has begun to work for Leszek Wojcik (Recording manager in Carnegie Hall and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center) as a recording engineer until now.

Running private music production and recording business in his spare time. Sun established Sun Music Production Corporation in 2015. Apart from working with the most talent and amazing classical musicians in East Coast, Sun also has been deeply into music productions for various kind of music genre, such as: jazz, crossover, original sound tracks of films and games, experimental, modern and pop music.

For example, he has executed as music producer and engineer of 2019 Netflix Original - "Green Door" TV drama series, which is nominated "Best Music Sound and Design" by Taiwanese Golden Bell Award. Rayark Games's "Sdorica" - Original Sound Track production, and Cytus II - "Winter Games", "If You Were Mine", original sound track of upcoming game on PlayStation 4 - Deemo "Reborn", Annie Chen’s jazz album “Pisces the Dreamer”, and cooperation with famous Chinese KongHou musician Lucina Yue’s electronic-folk music for New York Fashion Week.

Outside of music, Sun also spends time on audio research. He has provided audio technical support for Auro 3D and Ambidio.
